The Chelsea

The Chelsea was a joint venture between Multiplex and Sahben. The objective of this development was to create an apartment and hotel complex in the centre of the Chatswood CBD. The design allowed for separation of the hotel and apartments but with internal integration to allow the use of hotels facilities by the permanent residents with an overall design that blended into the high rise commercial landscape.
